Week 8 MS Excel

This week was amazing! I learnt how to use MS Excel. Our lecturer Mr. Azamuddin taught us the main basis of MS Excel.

First, CELL BASICS

•Basic cells and cell content in Excel able use to calculate, analyse  and organize data.

• Cell basics include:

  -  Select cells, insert content and delete cells and    

      cell content. 

Second, MODIFYING COLUMNS, ROWS AND CELL

- Change row height and column width

- Insert and delete rows and columns

Merge cells

Third, CREATING SIMPLE FORMULA

ADD OPERATION

 Forth, SPARK-LINES

Fifth, PIVOT TABLES

Pivot Table reports (or, simply Pivot Tables) make the data in worksheets much more manageable by summarizing the data and allowing user to manipulate it in different ways. 

Sixth, Reviewing and Sharing Workbooks

• This sub topic will discuss on how:

   - to track changes

  - add comments

  - compare two versions of a worksheet.

  - to prepare a final version for sharing, including how

  to check spelling.

Eighth, Adding and Deleting Comments

Ninth, Finalizing and Protecting Your Workbook

               

Finally, By the the end of this trimester I would have learnt many many things about computer and Internet, at the same time, I will not stop gaining knowledge, never ever.  I hope I will satisfy my God first, then my community, and myself by learning any thing about any thing. Hopefully, Mr. Azamudine will give me full mark for my blog assignment, also.

This week I learnt how to use MS power-point which we use to present our ideas by it. We have learnt many things:

First, Applying a theme

Second, Inserting Images

• Working with images will learn on how:

- to insert and work with pictures

- to insert clip art

- screenshots in your slides.  

Third, Screenshots 

•Select the Insert tab.

•Click the Screenshot command in the Images group.

•The Available Windows from your desktop will appear.

•Select the window you would like to capture as a screenshot.

•The screenshot will appear in your slide.

Sixth,Animating Text and Objects

Seventh, Inserting Video

Eighth, Rehearse And Record Slide Shows

Ninth, Hyperlink and Action Button

Finally, MS power point is one of the best programmes that I have ever known. I will carry on and try to learn more and more.
